- The song is actually quite ingenious, which gave cause to several different transcriptions. I'm following Ultimate Guitar's Version 2
- The original song us performed with a drop D-tuning:

, so unless you change your tuning, it won't be really possible to play along with the recording - With a standard tuning, the key of D is pretty close.
This song sounds a lot better using barred chords. It has the additional advantage of being able to do a dead beat, which you can't without bar:
